RETURN POLICY

At Labelkashi, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, our policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible:

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
    • You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Please note that only one return or exchange is allowed per order.

  2. Conditions for Return:

    • If you claim to have received a wrong product, you must provide an opening video as proof.
    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in the original packaging.

  3. Return Process:

    • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 3-5 working days, depending on your pin code’s eligibility.
    • After pickup, refunds are generally processed within 10 days, following a quality check. The refund will be credited to your bank account or other specified method and should reflect within 48-96 hours.

  4. Additional Information:

    • All returns are subject to Labelkashi's discretion.
    • If a customer wants to return a product that was incorrectly sent by them, shipping charges for the return will be their responsibility.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in original packaging.

  2. Exchange Process:

    • To request an exchange, email us with your order number, name, address, contact number, and email at info@labelkashi.com within 7 days of delivery.
    • Each order is eligible for one exchange only. After an exchange, the product cannot be returned.
    • Exchanges can be made for the same or different products.
